What is the plan for the Senior Games & Vegas Executive role?

Manage the day to day running of the gaming products, with focus on the Games and Vegas products. Responsibilities will include, but not be limited to, daily operations, long term positioning of the product (through promotional activity, product and platform development and general operations of the gaming business. The successful applicant will be expected to strengthen products and increase profitability.

What will you do as a Senior Games & Vegas Executive?

Develop a product strategy for the Games and Vegas product vertical to deliver against revenue targets, including maintain and grow content and promotions. Leverage from wider support teams to drive CRM and customer support, VIP etc to increase revenues per user and reduce churn.
To manage the creation and optimisation of offers and promotions that tie in with our other marketing initiatives. This will include acquisition, affiliate, retention, VIP, and cross-sell promotions/offers.
Update and maintain content on the gaming websites to deliver best in class gaming offering.
Work with Gaming Analyst to provide insight and deliver reporting as required the line manager and wider business as required.
Liaise with our customer services team to ensure all gaming related queries are answered in a satisfactory manner. Retention is key to our business & all customers must be treated impeccably.
To help facilitate the VIP team and players via the creation of personalised promotions and offers.
To communicate and manage effectively with suppliers to leverage supplier product features and gaming content to deliver best in class gaming product
Assist in the integration of these different platforms, products & content into the gaming sites.
Liaise with all company departments to ensure the smooth operations of Games and Vegas.


What do you know that makes you a great Senior Games & Vegas Executive?

Strong knowledge of online gaming and gaming products
A strong knowledge and understanding of eCommerce and online marketing derived from both education and practical implementation.
Strong Analytical skills will be beneficial.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Strong knowledge of the Microsoft Office portfolio.


Salary £30k - 35k based on experience with bonus & an excellent relocation and benefits package.
