RecruitGibraltar is helping one our clients, who is a leading international financial services company, to find a Junior Company and Trust Administrator to assist with Company and Trust administration and the administration of the diverse needs of private clients with a focus on commerciality, effective service, quality, productivity and efficiency. The company has a policy of promoting from within and has a dedication to professional training and progression.

Previous experience in a similar role working on fiduciary administration is essential. You must live in the Gibraltar or Southern Spain area.

What will you do as a Junior Company and Trust Administrator?

• Preparing annual filings for several jurisdictions, this also includes annual filings for business names.
• Dealing with the application for strike off, liquidation/dissolution and closure of the file.
• Referring to debt collection agency bad debts and dealing with the resignation of services and closure of files.
• Checking name availability and name reservations.
• Dealing with incorporations, setting up of files and updating One Viewpoint (OVP).
• Dealing with changes to company structures such as the change of directors, change of shareholders/beneficial ownership, increase of share capital including registry filings.
• Updating ultimate beneficial ownership registers
• Gathering due diligence documentation on client companies when requested by agents or other offices.
• Obtaining Certificates of Good Standing/Incumbency.
• Arranging Certification of documentation.
• Arranging execution and minuting of agreements.
• Preparing Powers of Attorney.
• Obtaining company profiles.
• Dealing with agents for any changes required.
• Updating or inputting of information required in OVP.
• Dealing with re-domiciliation.
• Opening of bank accounts, preparing minutes, and arranging the execution of the bank mandate forms.
• Daily time recording

• Previous experience in a similar role working on fiduciary administration is essential

• Attention to detail.
• Excellent organisational skills.
• Able to Work under their own initiative and within a team.
• Knowledge of MS Office suite - Excel and Outlook preferred.


Salary £20k - 25k based on experience with benefits package.
