RecruitGibraltar are currently helping our client who is a market leading egaming company who has a great opportunity for a International Business Development Manager - Gaming to join this high performance team based in Gibraltar. What is the plan for the role?

This is a key strategic role in a vibrant, enlightened and progressive group of companies. You will be dynamic, versatile and motivated to drive growth for all our international market leading brands.

We are looking for an International Business Development Manager to lead and champion our gambling (bingo and arcade) activities across all of our international markets. You will be responsible for executing our organisational strategy and priorities. Reporting to the Managing Director and working with a strong team you will manage the development of existing and new international business opportunities, ensuring we develop those areas that make an impact on the core KPIís and the experience of our customers.

The role is based in Gibraltar with regular travel to our international offices in Milan, Madrid and Copenhagen. The starting point for you will be to take responsibilities for our current commercial strategy in Italy, Spain, Denmark and Sweden with the full support of the teams in situ and the wider group resources

What will you do as a International Business Development Manager?

Full accountability for commercial operations and KPIís in all our non-UK markets.
Direct management of the marketing and customer experience managers in our Madrid, Milan and Copenhagen offices
Working with the MD to execute the companyís strategy and business objectives.
Working with the compliance team, ensuring we are at all times compliant and aware of all changes in regulatory compliance.
Maintain a performance centric culture that achieves the groups vision and provides continual growth in core KPIís
Facilitate excellent communication between the international teams and the rest of the businesses within the group
Translate group strategy into an operational plan, sharing business objectives with the team, creating KPIs and providing feedback on specific tasks or events
Ensure the team have clear and agreed objectives that are reviewed regularly and are aligned to the group goals
Lead by example and set a high paced environment where success is fundamental.
Set clear development plans for all teamís members and support in delivering these plans
Keep fully up to speed of activity with the competitor set in all countries and ensure we work to maintain our market leading position.
Work with the marketing managers to review their monthly marketing plans and measure success of previous campaigns.
Agree with the executive team the annual marketing budgets for each country
Working with the Customer Experience managers to gain a deep understanding of the motivations of our players. Always put our players first and foster this culture within the teams.
Work with our International technical teams to deliver the agreed new product and new market roadmaps.

What do you know that makes you a great?

Previous experience of working in sales in the online gambling industry
Experience of leading change in a rapidly growing high growth / scale-up business
Self-starter with an entrepreneurial spirit who proactively takes ownership and is hungry to change and grow an organization
Experience working as a business partner to the executive leadership team, and developing strong, proactive, and collaborative working relationships
Ability to manage, grow, and develop high-performing teams

Salary £60k - 70k based on experience with bonus & an excellent relocation and benefits package.
