RecruitGibraltar are currently helping our client who is a creative and successful company who has a great opportunity for a HR Manager to work 3 days a week and head up the teams based in Gibraltar.

As an experienced HR Manager you will take on a pivotal role within the Gibraltar office and lead the recruiting efforts, disciplinaries, retention, interviews, onboarding etc . This is an opportunity to take on full day to day HR responsibility so you will 'roll your sleeves up' to ensure delivery of operational HR excellence.
It is essential that the successful candidate has experience of working in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

You will have Ownership for ensuring that fair, consistent and transparent employee relations processes are applied at the site, making it a great place to work. You will lead and partner projects to develop and implement employment policies and procedures Thinking Big about any international integration.
Support Line Managers to ensure that all employee relations issues are appropriately handled to ensure Company policies and procedures are adhered to and all actions are compliant with Gibraltar employment law.
Manage on a day to day basis all employee raised issues in relation to performance, grievance, etc.
Update and maintain employee records, including holiday and sickness leave
Draft and execute offer letters, contracts and all Employment Board paperwork


Experience:

Solid HR Management experience with a strong recruiting background to help guide the company through the next phase of its expansion.
CIPD Qualified or well on the way to achieving it - Strong educational background - to at least degree level in HR and/or similar.
Ability and willingness to adapt well to fast-paced environments with changing circumstances and direction.
Coaching and mentoring experience at management level.
Proficient in English and with MS Office, particularly Microsoft Excel

Salary circa 40k (pro rata) based on experience plus package.
