The HR team are looking for an experienced HR Generalist to join their team on a permanent basis in Gibraltar.

Hours: 37.5

Status: Permanent

Reports to: HR Team Leader

Main Responsibilities

Support the Head of HR and the HR Team Leader with HR responsibilities and activities of the company

Focus on the day to day functions and tasks of the HR department

Provide expert professional advice and support to Directors, Managers and staff on all aspects of HR

Key Skills

Bachelor’s degree in Human in Resources or CIPD Level 3 or above (essential)

2 years’ experience as a HR Administrator or HR Generalist (essential)

Knowledge and experience using a HRIS system (advantageous)

Fluency in English both written and oral (essential)

Fluency in Spanish, both written and oral (preferred)

Knowledge of Gibraltar Employment Law (advantageous)
