They are looking for an experienced HR Generalist to join their HR team on a permanent basis.

You must live in the Gibraltar or Southern Spain area

What is the plan for the HR Generalist role?

Support the Head of HR and the HR Team Leader with HR responsibilities and activities of the company
Focus on the day to day functions and tasks of the HR department
Provide expert professional advice and support to Directors, Managers and staff on all aspects of HR

What do you know that makes you a great HR Generalist?

Bachelor’s degree in Human in Resources or CIPD Level 3 or above preferred.
2 years’ experience as a HR Administrator or HR Generalist (essential)
Knowledge and experience using an HR system (advantageous)
Fluency in English both written and oral (essential)
Fluency in Spanish, both written and oral (preferred)
Knowledge of Gibraltar Employment Law (advantageous)

Salary circa £30k based on experience with benefits package.
