What will you do as a Financial Controller?

Financial Reporting, monthly, quarterly and annually in accordance with UK/Gibraltar accounting standards
Managing a team of part and newly qualified accounting staff
Preparation of monthly management accounts and corresponding analysis
Group company annual financial statements
Monitoring revenue streams including property and hospitality
Project reporting and managing costs control of new projects
Management of bank accounts and relationships with external banks and other outsource providers
Work alongside the FD to ensure all compliance aspects are maintained to Gibraltar and UK standards
Be actively involved with oversight policies and business metrics

What do you know that makes you a great Financial Controller?

Qualified ACCA, ACA, CIMA, ideally recently qualified
Previous experience at a similar senior level and ideally with property experience
Demonstrate a strong desire to be successful
Financial Acumen
Proven academic results
Excellent communications
Adapts with enthusiasm to change
Constantly striving to deliver on targets set, a true focus to make a difference to the business

Salary circa £50k based on experience with bonus & benefits package.
