RecruitGibraltar are currently helping our client who is a market leading igaming company who has a great opportunity for a Digital Project Coordinator to join this high performance team based in Gibraltar. What is the plan for the Digital Project Coordinator role?

You will be responsible for the management of the workflow for every in-house project for the creative teams. You will collaborate with all relevant marketing functions including resource allocation, project planning, estimations & workflow optimization.

What will you do as a Digital Project Coordinator ?

• Ensure the smooth running of the creative teams’ workflow.
• Maintain accurate project data for all tasks and provide monthly reports on output and timings.
• Manage task distribution and prioritize based on business needs
• Coordinate and manage the process from initial brief to final delivery
• Maintain awareness of all projects, ensure deadlines are met and proactively liaise with appropriate stakeholders to head off any possible bottlenecks or problems.


What do you know that makes you a great Digital Project Coordinator ?

• Previous project management experience, co-ordinating design projects through to final execution, working on collaborative projects, managing deliverables and deadlines with team members and stakeholders throughout all phases of a project
• Good awareness of copywriting, web design and development
• Experience within a creative team / marketing agency environment
• Experience working to tight deadlines while working across multiple brands and markets
• High level of attention to detail and obsessive organizational skills

Salary circa £30k based on experience with bonus & an excellent relocation and benefits package.
