What will you do as a Digital Design Team Lead?

Managing and motivating a dedicated team of designers
Overseeing all design tasks while providing feedback and guidance to the team
Taking ownership of conceptual projects – working with Stakeholders to deliver creative ideation across new or headline marketing promotions
Proven experience in working on and delivering large scale marketing campaigns
Supporting Account Managers by improving procedures, resulting in a more efficient service
Setting and maintaining the standard and quality of work delivered by the team
Ensuring projects are delivered on time and deadlines are achieved so that the marketing teams can publish up-to-the-minute content to customers
Liaising with stakeholders, gathering feedback and making sure feedback is implemented correctly by the team
Presenting and substantiating work when necessary while communicating key points effectively to Stakeholders
Ensuring brand guidelines are met and maintained, presenting a consistent and coherent brand image to customers
Communicating effectively with the Head of Design and Content, team members, and Stakeholders to ensure key project information is shared and understood by everyone involved

What do you know that makes you a great Digital Design Team Lead?


Strong Experience working with and managing digital designers
Proven experience in working on and delivering large scale marketing campaigns
Proven experience working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Proven experience in leading and managing a design team
Excellent sense of composition and layout, typography and color
Highly organised and detail-oriented approach to working
Strong working knowledge of Mac OSX platform
Bachelor degree in graphic, creative or art design (preferable) or a similar related field
Digital and motion graphics experience
Online portfolio of work

Salary circa 55k based on experience with bonus & an excellent relocation and benefits package.
