Recruit Gibraltar is currently looking for a Customer Support Agent to join one of the latest and most exciting businesses crossing the Fintech and Gaming sectors to hit the market in a long time. The company have gone through an initial start up phase and are moving to a new growth phase which will represent a perfect opportunity to benefit from that growth, both financially and professionally.

We are looking for a positive and adaptive individual who loves helping and speaking to customers, can learn quickly and has impeccable attention to detail, with an interest in Football and/or passion for sports. We are committed to creating a unique positive customer and employee experience and are enthusiastic about showing our Customers how much we are listening to them.

What will you do as Customer Support Agent?

• Providing day-to-day customer support, resolving queries and issues via phone, email & live chat
• Investigate and resolve customer complaints quickly and patiently
• Responding to customers in a timely, empathetic and transparent way
• Maintain thorough and accurate customer records
• Assist the Compliance department with customer security checks, including account verification and due diligence checks
• Outbound calls (no cold calling)
• Gathering feedback from customers about their experience and how the product can be made better

What do you need to be a Customer Support Agent?

• Previous experience in a Customer Support Agent role within gaming
• Passion for, and deep understanding of professional football
• Strong values for teamwork and customer service – loves helping people and is naturally solutions-oriented
• Confident telephone manner, professionalism and a strong focus on delivering excellent customer service
• Strong written and verbal communication skills - can explain complex information in a simple and easy to understand way
• Strong attention to detail – can identify and analyse trends in customer feedback
• Ability to learn new technology/system/applications quickly
• Intermediate Excel skills
• Good knowledge of the world’s top football leagues and players
• Must be available to work evenings, weekends and bank holidays

Salary £20k - £22k based on experience with benefits package.
