RecruitGibraltar are currently helping our client who is an entrepreneurial ecommerce company who offer long term career growth and a rewarding working environment where you can make a real impact. They need a Customer Service Executive to be responsible for providing the highest levels of service through inbound and outbound communications, to the companys customers.
This is a full or part time role so you will work 20 or 40 hours per week between 10am - 6pm on a rota.
What will you do as a Customer Service Executive ?
Delivering outstanding customer care to customers via all available communications channels, notably by telephone, email and on-site messaging, in order to nurture the long-term relationship between the business and the customer
Assessing applications from customers
Any other tasks as required by the business
What do you know that makes you a great Customer Service Executive?
Previous experience in an office based customer service role essential
Excellent communication skills, with a first-rate telephone manner
Native English speaker with strong and accurate written skills
Ability to assess and decision make situations based on a given set of criteria
Must be a co-operative colleague who understands that the team is stronger than the individual
Well organised, and comfortably able to multi-task
Computer literate with the ability to learn customer service software applications.
Salary circa £18k (pro rata for part time) based on experience.
