RecruitGibraltar are currently recruiting for a Corporate Relationship Manager to join a successful and diverse banking operation who, due to their continued success and expansion globally, is on the lookout for an enthusiastic, innovative and driven professional. The role is responsible for leading and developing Client Operations, Client Onboarding and implementation projects. You will be responsible for cultivating and managing relationships with corporate clients. , including understanding clients’ financial needs, offering tailored banking solutions, and ensuring client satisfaction. Additionally, you will be required to analyse financial data, assess risk, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver comprehensive banking services to corporate customers.

What will you do as a Corporate Relationship Manager - Banking?

• Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients.
• Understand the client's financial needs, goals, and challenges.
• Analyse the financial health and performance of corporate clients.
• Assess creditworthiness and evaluate risk associated with lending to the client.
• Monitor financial statements, cash flows, and other relevant financial metrics.
• Work with credit analysts to prepare and present credit proposals to the credit committee.
• Negotiate terms and conditions for credit facilities with clients.
• Monitor and manage credit exposure and risk.
• Develop strategies to retain existing clients and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Proactively identify and address any potential issues that may impact the client relationship.
• Attend industry events, conferences, and networking functions to expand the bank's client base and strengthen existing relationships.

What do you know that makes you a great Corporate Relationship Manager - Banking?

• Previous experience in Corporate Banking Relationship Management is essential
• Banking/ finance qualifications preferable
• Local business knowledge preferred
• Professional mannerism
• Self-motivated and able to work with a team to complete necessary tasks in a timely manner
• Pro-active approach to daily duties and a strong work ethic
• Ability to take initiative and utilize sound judgment in decision-making

You must live in the Gibraltar or Southern Spain area.

Salary £45k - £55k based on experience with bonus & benefits package.
