RecruitGibraltar are currently helping our client who is a market leading local company who has a great opportunity for a Junior Company Formation Administrator to join this high performance team based in Gibraltar. You will be a recent university graduate with an interest in joining the financial services sector.

What is the plan for the Company Formation Administrator role?

This is an entry-level role and will sit in the team that currently looks after a range of administration tasks relating to company formation and management and is also responsible for invoicing.

What do you know that makes you a great Junior Company Formation Administrator?

• You must be a recent university degree graduate
• Previous experience of working in a client/customer-facing role is preferred.
• Knowledge of MS Office suite - Excel and Outlook essential.
• Able to successfully form, build, develop and maintain positive and effective working relationships with people from a wide range of personal and professional backgrounds
• Excellent written, verbal, and face to face communication skills
• Demonstrates excellent organisational, time, project and diary management skills
• Client orientated with the ability to handle highly confidential information and maintain high levels of confidentiality and discretion at all times.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Committed to the delivery of the highest levels of customer service.
• Able to work successfully as part of a team.

You must live in the Gibraltar or Southern Spain area

Salary £18k based on experience with benefits package.
