You must live in the Gibraltar or Southern Spain area

What will you do as a Company Administrator?

• Preparation and filing at Companies House of Annual Returns for the companies as they fall due;
• Preparation of AGM’s as they fall due;
• Preparation and forwarding of Proxies to clients as they fall due;
• Corresponding and liaising with clients, intermediaries, Companies House, Government departments, and banks
• Preparing documentation for signature (eg. minutes, annual returns, etc)
• Company incorporations
• Opening bank accounts
• Preparing and checking payments
• Requesting KYC documentation
• Invoicing clients
• Performing file reviews

What do you know that makes you a great Company Administrator?

• Previous experience with a corporate service provider or fiduciary service company is essential.
• Good working knowledge of MS office
• Good organisational skills
• Able to take initiative


Salary £30k -£40k depending on experience plus benefits and bonus
