Recruit Gibraltar are currently helping our financial services client who has a great opportunity for a Chargebacks Dispute Assistant to provide cover for a fixed term period of 10 months.

What will you do as a Chargebacks Dispute Assistant?

The role will involve managing the Disputes Department in its entirety; Administrating and monitoring chargeback processes in-line with card scheme regulations.
Initiating own research and applying this effectively throughout the dispute resolution practice is key.
Initiating and monitoring chargeback cycles via different processing platforms and online systems.
Monitoring of negative balance accounts and reporting accordingly.
Management of the Chargebacks mailbox prioritising deadlines accordingly and adhering to SLA’s.
Providing continuous advice and support to all our clients, processors and other internal/external parties as required.

What do you know that makes you a great Chargebacks Dispute Assistant?

Previous experience in dispute resolution in a banking / gaming environment ideally with Chargebacks
You will be a good communicator and be confident and courteous when liaising with team members, other departments and external parties.
High PC literacy and ability to navigate new interfaces confidently and unsupervised.
Meticulous when conducting own research and problem solving.

Salary circa £25k based on experience with benefits package.
