RecruitGibraltar are currently helping our client who is a market leading egaming company who has a great opportunity for a Bingo Manager to join this high performance team based in Gibraltar. What is the plan for the Bingo Manager role?

You will be responsible for supporting the Bingo team in fulfilling the day to day operational requirements and effectively delivering the product roadmap in accordance with the overall Bingo strategy.

What will you do as a Bingo Manager?

• Fulfillment of the daily operational requirements of the Bingo product
• Developing, implementing, managing and coordinating appropriate strategies to help meet KPI’s and marketing/business objectives set by Senior Management.
• Managing development and integration projects internally and with 3rd party suppliers.
• Aiding in the planning and creation of the promotional roadmap for Bingo with CRM
• Working with CRM to analyse and optimise user journeys
• Analysis of product performance and implementation of optimisation measures
• Ensuring all content is displayed correctly, is current and adheres to brand standards as well as complying with the GC regulations and ASA guidelines
• Handling of CS and VIP escalations
• Reporting of product KPIs to the business as and when required.
• Designing, defining, researching, identifying and implementing innovative new product opportunities and enhancements


What do you know that makes you a great Bingo Manager?

• 3+ years’ experience working on a Bingo product/operations team
• Microsoft Office literate
• Strong analytical and result implementation skills
• Marketplace awareness and understanding of trends
• Excellent communications skills
• Strong organizational skills and experience of balancing multiple projects
• Strong people and project management skills
• Strong understanding of the Gambling Commission’s LCCP and RTS as well as ASA and CMA guidelines


Salary circa £35k - 38k based on experience with bonus & an excellent relocation and benefits package.
