Recruit Gibraltar are currently looking for a Bilingual Admin Assistant/Receptionist to join a well established, privately-owned investment administration and company management firm that exclusively provides services to its principals and their associated businesses and trusts.
The purpose of this role is to provide administrative support to the team in addition to full time front of house duties.

Previous experience as a receptionist
Experience of working in a busy office environment.

What will you do as a Admin Assistant/Receptionist?
Admin Assistant Duties
To support the Project Manager with providing administrative support as required.
Support the management of strategic planning conditions and procurement and support the project team in the delivery of the companys requirements from inception to completion.
Various on-site visits on various projects within Gibraltar and Spain. Must be fluent in Spanish to be able to support the Project Manager in delegating duties and giving instructions to staff on related work tasks.
Drafting all correspondence and providing support with meetings, including minute taking, timely distribution of minutes and follow through on any actions given.
Booking catering facilities - organising lunches and liaising with catering team.
Salary £20k - 22k based on experience with benefits package.
