Our client is searching for a Casino VIP Manager to perform the following tasks
• This role is responsible to customise and serve a small group of elite customers. • Build and maintain relationships with Casino VIP players. • Identify new VIPs players. • Recruit and manage a small team. • Communicate with the offline team and other departments to develop new strategies. The person: • Very strong interpersonal and listening skills. • Ability to work under pressure. • Strong verbal and written communication skills. • Excellent presentation. • Innovative with a level of creativity and a passion to develop the role. • Results driven • Strategic thinker. Experience: • Previous online casino based experience. • A graduate, preferably a Marketing or Business discipline. • Minimum 2 years management experience. Salary is negotiable |
