Our client is a leading company with an enviable track record of success is searching for a Management Accountant to assist in the preparation of Accounts, Forecasts, Cashflows and analysis of the results or taking full control of the preparation.

You will live locally.

Duties and Responsibilities

 To produce timely and reliable management information reports on a monthly basis.
 To investigate variances against budgets and provide analysis of differences.
 To perform month end for Accounts Payable, Fixed Assets and general ledger in the finance system.
 Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and cashflow forecasts.
 Hold monthly meetings with management to discuss the budgetary position and agree action plans where required.
 Office hours are 9 - 6pm

Skills / Attributes Required

 Fully qualified AAT or part qualified ACCA
 Demonstrable experience of working in management accounting or financial management.
 Good knowledge of budgeting and forecasting issues and techniques.
 Knowledge of Accounting Systems a real plus.
 Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

Salary £25k plus package
