What will you do as a CRM Executive (Italian)?
Creating ideas that grow from ripples to waves, crossing borders and boundaries along the way. Working with the commercial team in Rome, were taking our brilliant online betting and gaming experiences to Italy and beyond. You will be responsible for delivering industry leading communications across both email and mobile channels.
You will be specifically responsible for:
Set up and send out communications to customers with the higher standard;
Define the right targeting, channel, timing for the communications;
Contribute in creating and sharing CRM reporting;
Manage all the operations related to providing customers with bonuses;
Cooperate with the Marketing and CRM team to optimize acquisition mix;
Contribute in the kick off of Social Media channels activities.
What do you know that makes you a great CRM Executive (Italian)?
Experience of working in a marketing / CRM team, either agency or client side, ideally in the online betting or gaming industry
Fluent Italian written and spoken
Good knowledge of Email and overall campaign Best Practice
Strong communication skills (verbal, written and presentation) with an inquisitive mind-set
Experience of actively using and optimising CRM techniques including segmentation, campaign planning, implementation and evaluation
Strong communication skills (verbal, written and presentation) and the ability to work with a variety of teams within a company
Good IT skills including strong experience of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook etc.)
Experience of working with Content and/or Campaign Management Systems preferred
Salary circa £30k based on experience with bonus plus an excellent package covering everything you can think of.
