What is the plan for the Customer Service Agent (German) role?
Our leading gaming client is expanding in the German market and as a result they now have a new position available for fluent German speaking, ambitious and enthusiastic individual, looking to either start a career or develop their skills in the Betting industry. These roles are based within the UK Contact Centre in Leeds.
This role is all about ensuring they provide the highest standard possible to their most important asset; the customer.
What will you do as a Customer Service Agent (German)?
Answering customer queries via phone, email, live chat in a timely and in the highest of standards
Guide customers through the site and assist them in using the various services and products offered
Escalations to external and Internal departments related to customer queries
Contribute to the team by supporting team members in achieving team goals related to the success of the department
The agent will, from time to time, be requested to assist in tasks and assignments related to the Dutch language. Examples are translating or writing content and communication with German VIP players.
What do you know that makes you a great Customer Service Agent (German)?
• Demonstrate previous Customer Service experience ideally within a Contact Centre environment as well as being able to communicate fluently in German, both written and spoken.
• Interest in the iGaming / Sports industry is considered an asset
• Highly service orientated and the will to “walk the extra mile”
• Structured, organised and skilled in task-orientation and prioritization
• Ability to work independent and as part of a team
The working hours for this role would be any 5 days from 7, on a fully flexible shift pattern, with hours between 10:00-22:00 including evening, weekend and bank holiday working.
Salary circa £20k based on experience with bonus, an excellent relocation package and private healthcare.
