What is the plan for the German Customer Service Agent?
You will be a native-speaking German Customer Service Agent who is happy and comfortable to speak to clients who have queries in relation to the clients service. Your mission will be to contact them via phone or live chat and resolve the query to the very highest standard of customer care.
This role is part customer service and big part about your personality!
You will be part of a team of young and driven individuals like yourself, who like to set high goals and challenge themselves in their work, but also invite you to enjoy your work and your leisure time on the warm and sunny island of Malta.
What will you do as a German Customer Service Agent?
Helping our customers via email and live chat.
Taking ownership of ongoing cases in order to ensure they are resolved with the absolute highest level of quality.
Actively contributing towards improving existing internal processes, developing new ideas and concepts in order to improve our internal workflow as well as contributing towards the positive environment within the company.
Analysing previous communication to optimise quality and productivity.
Processing of pay-outs and investigating potential bonus abuse, anti-fraud, and risk management.
Creation, co-ordination and monitoring of ongoing bonus campaigns.
What do you know that makes you a great German Customer Service Agent?
Previous experience in Customer Service within an office or call centre environment.
Ideally some previous experience in the iGaming industry.
Native in German and English – both verbal and written.
Highly motivated and driven individual that has excellent time management skills.
Outstanding communication and brilliant typing skills are absolutely key as all communication is done in writing with our end-customers and partners. Moreover you are adept at ‘reading the customer’ to mirror them in order to provide the best possible service. You are also able to think outside the box and adapt to any given situation.
Salary €22k based on experience with quarterly bonus, an excellent relocation package and a number of other great benefits.
