What is the plan for the Digital Project Manager role?

This role will focus on assuring the projects are delivered with a high standard and best quality. The person will own managing a project portfolio across the business from project concept through to delivery and post launch transition to operations This person should have a passion for delivering a great work, managing a team and working with internal and external project teams.

What will you do as a Digital Project Manager?

Owning business change lifecycle, incl. planning for projects, gathering necessary requirements, resources, testing and communicating to all members of the team regarding goals, processes and project status
Supporting the management of Project Roadmap
Managing many projects at a given time, keeping track of project progress and communicating progress to business stakeholders when needed
Managing the change process. This involves being involved in or chairing weekly calls, ensuring responsibilities for people involved in the project are clear and that any actions are followed up on
Establishing and documenting the communication processes and support information
Oversight of teams, ensuring that any delegated tasks are completed in line with set timescales, incl. Supporting the Operations Team with BAU tasks as required, project administration and on-going process improvement actions
Maintain a strong customer focus and stakeholder engagement.
Embrace and deliver integrated projects, programmes and business changes working closely with all the identified teams to ensure that results are amplified by the integrated approach

What do you know that makes you a great Digital Project Manager?

Solid experience working in a Project Management related role
Ability to multi-task and prioritise within a busy and challenging environment using project and task tracking tools (e.g. Jira, Trello, MS Project).
Clear, concise documentation skills, can distil information using a combination of text and relevant graphical tools (MS Project, MS Visio, MS Office package)

Salary circa £45k based on experience with bonus and an excellent package.
