What is the plan for the Sportsbook VIP Development Manager role?
In a highly competitive market place, the role of Sports VIP Development Manager will help maximise growth opportunities for the company’s VIP Programme. The role has relationship-building at its core and requires an energetic sports-betting enthusiast to increase the acquisition and development of new VIP accounts
You will be resilient, someone who thrives on promoting the sports brands to prospective customers and affiliates and ultimately excels at working towards achieving set targets for growing VIP revenue.
You will be innovative, problem solver and enjoy working under their own initiative; expected to attend events and make regular face-to-face contact with new customers. As an ambassador for the company the individual will operate within all licencing regulatory requirements.
What will you do as a Sportsbook VIP Development Manager?
Identify, develop, maintain and nurture a network of VIP affiliate contacts and revenue streams
Working with the Head of Premier Commercial, develop customer acquisition strategies and recruitment drives, which look to maximise ROI
Personally attend events in order to source potential VIP customers, build those relationship and acquire their custom from competitors
Be and ambassador for the brand, understanding the products to promote them to your network and ensure constant promotion of the brands
What do you know that makes you a great Sportsbook VIP Development Manager?
Previous experience with Sportsbook Betting VIPs at a senior level
Target driven individual with outstanding commercial awareness together with an analytical approach, with knowledge of ROI and bonus strategies
Excellent organisational and planning skills in order to effectively manage each individual account portfolio, maximising time at all times.
A self-starter with strong work ethic with extremely high attention to detail.
The ability to work on a shift basis with unsociable hours including evenings and weekends, including foreign travel
Salary circa £50k based on experience with bonus, an excellent relocation package and private healthcare.
