What is the plan for the Customer Support Executive (German) role?
Acting as a first point of contact between customers and our respective brands
Providing first line support to customers via email, phone and live chat in a professional and responsible manner
Ensuring the highest level of support is delivered to customers per agreed standards
Aiming to resolve all issues at first contact
Liaising with other departments to resolve customer queries in a prompt manner
Contribute to the development of new products and services, based on customer feedback
Undertake any other administrative duties that will directly improve customer experience and add further value to the team and the company
Work in a team, support team members and contribute to a good atmosphere on the job
Support in the creation of new and engaging content and constantly improving all brand content
What do you know that makes you a great Customer Support Executive (German)?
Native fluency in the German language and strong command of the English language
An obsession with customer experience and demonstrating the written and verbal communication skills necessary to support our esteemed clients
Previous experience in a Customer Service environment
A team player with a flexible approach to collaborate with colleagues
Ability to work well under pressure and maintain a positive attitude
Trustworthy and able to maintain focus even when under minimum supervision
