What is the plan for the Customer Support Agent (Swedish) role?
Looking for a multi-tasking individual who joins the team and actively assists and takes part and pride in implementing, improving and maintaining all customer facing communication, across departments where needed.
Whereas the Swedish Player Support Agent’s priority is to handle the day-to-day player support queries, our person will also have the opportunity to rapidly increase his/her business skills by assisting other internal departments
What will you do as a Customer Support Agent (Swedish)?
Answering customer queries via phone, email, live chat in a timely and in the highest of standards
Guide customers through the site and assist them in using the various services and products offered
Escalations to external and Internal departments related to customer queries
Contribute to the team by supporting team members in achieving team goals related to the success of the department
The agent will, from time to time, be requested to assist in tasks and assignments related to the Swedish language. Examples are translating or writing content and communication with Swedish VIP players.
What do you know that makes you a great Customer Support Agent (Swedish)?
• Previous experience in customer service
• Experience in the iGaming industry is considered an asset
• Having excellent communication skills both written and oral in Swedish and English
• Highly service orientated and the will to “walk the extra mile”
• An eye for detail
• Structured, organised and skilled in task-orientation and prioritization
• Ability to work independent and as part of a team
Salary £18k based on experience with bonus, an excellent relocation package and private healthcare.
