RecruitGibraltar are currently helping our client who is a very well established and successful financial services provider who has a great opportunity for a Marketing Executive. What is the plan for the Marketing Executive role?

The Marketing Executive is responsible for the implementation and coordination of the marketing initiatives. This will range from overseeing the production of marketing materials to the roll-out of marketing communications and promotions, ensuring a consistency of message and branding across all communication channels.

What will you do as a Marketing Executive?

 Management and administration of marketing production work flows from content through to creative briefing and finished format ensuring all marketing materials and campaigns (online and offline) are executed to a high standard and on time
 Proofread and ‘sense check’ all marketing materials and campaigns prior to launch ensuring communications are engaging and ‘on brand’
 Implementation of email marketing campaigns:
o Work with Group Marketing Manager and other key interfaces to define and agree on campaign briefs
o Utilise mailing software (MailChimp) to manage and update data with regards to retention and acquisition campaigns
o Analyse email campaign metrics and recommend improvements based on previous campaign performance and best practices
 Carry out social media marketing activities as required to support the goals of the Marketing Department
 Provide ongoing status on marketing communications schedule to Group Marketing Manager and other key interfaces
 Monitor key competitor marketing activity (online and offline), report back to Group Marketing Manager, and make recommendations based on findings

What do you know that makes you a great Marketing Executive?

 Experience in a marketing role
 Excellent written and verbal communication skills as the successful candidate will be expected to proof and edit literature prior to communication
 Ability to coordinate multiple projects, including planning, scheduling, and problem solving skills
 Ability to build constructive working relationships within the Marketing Department and all relevant interfaces
 Ability to conduct logical analysis of marketing activities
 High level of accuracy and attention to detail
 Working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs

Salary £23k - £28k based on experience with private healthcare.
