VIP Account Executive

What is the plan for the VIP Account Executive role?
The VIP Account Executive is responsible for providing the highest levels of service, through inbound and outbound communications, to the companys most valuable customers across multiple communication channels. This will involve identifying relevant players, in conjunction with the wider CRM Team and Brand/Product Managers.
What will you do as a VIP Account Executive ?
Delivering outstanding customer care to customers via all available communications channels, notably by telephone, email and on-site messaging, in order to nurture the long-term relationship between the business and the customer
Identifying and contacting existing high-value customers, including in conjunction with colleagues, and bringing them into the internal VIP programme
Applying the internal VIP Programme principles and practices to potential high-value players among recently acquired customers, contacting as and when required/requested
Contacting big winners via phone and email on an ad-hoc basis as and when required/requested, with a view to encouraging ongoing gameplay
There may be shift work involved
Any other tasks as required by the business
What do you know that makes you a great VIP account Executive ?
Previous VIP egaming experience with games strongly preferred
Educated to degree level
Excellent communication skills, with a first-rate telephone manner
Understands financial data and the concept of player value
Must be a co-operative colleague who understands that the team is stronger than the individual
Sales & marketing focused person with strong attention to detail
Well organised, and comfortably able to multi-task
Solves problems with a can-do attitude
You must already be living locally.
Salary circa £25k £28k based on experience plus healthcare package
