|RecruitGibraltar are currently helping our client who is a leading local company and has a great opportunity for a Personal Assistant for a senior member of staff. You will bring a number of years experience and will be rewarded with an excellent working environment, generous holidays and pay structure.
*Diary management including the active preparation of materials for meetings.
*Screening telephone calls, enquiries/requests and handling them accordingly
*Arranging travel and accommodation
*Providing daily itinerary and papers in advance of appointments
*Prioritise, monitor, manage and control all incoming and outgoing correspondence, papers, e-mails, and documents, taking action as and when appropriate, using a 'bring forward' system.
*Oversee the organisation and act as secretary for all meetings as required.
*Identifying priorities and taking the initiative in highlighting issues to relevant Director in the Senior Partner's absence.
You must live in the area or have a set date for relocation.
*2+ years proven comprehensive track record as a PA.
*Highly proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), MS Outlook and document management.
*Ability to take detailed meeting minutes
*Excellent interpersonal and networking skills with the ability to communicate with staff and industry contacts at all levels.
*Excellent organisational skills with proven ability to proactively identify priorities in workload.
*Flexibility and the ability to quickly adapt to fast paced and challenging workload
*Demonstration of complex diary management, events co-ordination and travel arrangements.
*Discretion and the ability to deal with Confidential information effectively
*Ability to become quickly aware of the business priorities, alongside the skills to effectively manage, screen, and delegate as required, contact to the office.
Salary circa £25k based on experience with an excellent package.
