Customer Service and Call Centre - Sales or Telesales


RecruitGibraltar are currently helping our client an innovative and very successful supplier to the online gaming industry, who need a passionate Account Manager who will partner with and ensure the long-term success of the clients.

What is the plan for the Account Manager role?

• Operate as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to the clients
• Ensure the timely and successful delivery of solutions according to merchant needs and manage their expectations
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
• Forecast and track key account metrics
• Identify and grow opportunities within territory and collaborate with sales teams to ensure growth attainment
• Assist with high severity requests or issue escalations as needed

What do you know that makes you a great Account Manager?

• 3+ years of account management or other relevant experience in the Finance/Online Gaming/Banking sector
• A demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization
• Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs
• Technical knowledge is required
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail
• Excellent organisational, listening, negotiation and presentation skills
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills
• BA/BS degree or equivalent preferred
• an open and bright personality that strives to achieve best results
• being a people’s person

You must be locally based already

Salary £25k - £30k based on experience with bonus, an excellent relocation package and private healthcare.
