RecruitGibraltar are currently helping our client an innovative and very successful supplier to the online gaming industry, who need a passionate Account Manager who will partner with and ensure the long-term success of the clients.
What is the plan for the Account Manager role?
Operate as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to the clients
Ensure the timely and successful delivery of solutions according to merchant needs and manage their expectations
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
Forecast and track key account metrics
Identify and grow opportunities within territory and collaborate with sales teams to ensure growth attainment
Assist with high severity requests or issue escalations as needed
What do you know that makes you a great Account Manager?
3+ years of account management or other relevant experience in the Finance/Online Gaming/Banking sector
A demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization
Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs
Technical knowledge is required
Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail
Excellent organisational, listening, negotiation and presentation skills
Excellent verbal and written communications skills
BA/BS degree or equivalent preferred

You must be locally based already
Salary £25k - £30k based on experience with bonus, an excellent relocation package and private healthcare.
