What is the plan for the Casino Player CRM Manager role?
In this role you will help to implement the casino and slots strategy for a leading UK-facing online gaming company. You are a smart, hard-working individual with an eye for detail, and you happy to work in a fast-paced environment. Coming from a data-driven marketing background, you will be as comfortable developing tactical marketing campaigns to increase player values as you are making the player user experience the best it can be. In this fast-growing area of our business, the ability to drive forward the business agenda is essential for this role.
What will you do as a Casino Player CRM Manager?
Developing, implementing and improving player retention tactical strategies
Increasing player values based on analysis of relevant player data
Provide guidance to the wider team on new slots and games and implement their timely release into the user-facing environment
Work closely with the VIP Manager to increase loyalty amongst high value players
Plan and execute retention and re-activation promotions and campaigns across the slots brands
Develop and manage on-going player promotional activity, optimizing the promotional calendar to increase retention levels
Work with the CRM team to implement CRM plans on-site where applicable
Work when required with acquisition marketing teams to achieve most efficient spend possible
Prepare regular reports and recommendations based on campaign results and data analysis
Market and competitor intelligence, ensuring the business is aligned with latest industry trends and best practice
Ensuring that up to date content is maintained across the casino/slots brands
What do you know that makes you a great Casino Player CRM Manager?
2+ years experience in CRM in online gaming, preferably within Casino
Educated to degree level
Solid understanding of CRM and player retention techniques
Experience with Microsoft Office, notably advanced Excel
Ability to handle a variety of tasks and work to tight deadlines
Great organisational skills and attention to detail
Superb communication skills, with excellent written and spoken English
A quick learner keen to build a career in a fast-paced environment
Proactive team player
Salary circa £35k based on experience with bonus, an excellent relocation package and private healthcare.
