You will be expected to assist with the administration of new business and relationship coordination and to provide investment analysis activity in compliance with QROPS and other products’ statement of investment principles and provisions.
What will you do as a Investment Administrator?
Setting up new business using the back office system
Relationship coordination of Self-Direct Scheme Members
Communication with advisers
Monitoring investment applications
Monitoring dealing instructions against Investment Principles
Ensuring records are accurate and compliant with regulations
Maintaining client data within the primary back office system
Portfolio reviews and analysis
Investigation, analysis, review, recommendation, and documentation of all non-standard pension investments
Maintaining the status list of accepted and rejected investments
Using a variety of sources to respond to requests for information
Thorough research via use of the appropriate medium
Critically evaluating information gathered from multiple sources
What do you know that makes you a great Investment Administrator?
2 years’ experience working in a Financial Services environment analysing and interpreting key information, identifying and recommending appropriate solutions to meet business requirements.
Strong proven investment and portfolio skills/understanding
Broad-based business applications background
E-commerce in B2B and B2C environment
Financial Services environment, ideally pensions and relevant regulatory authority
Method’s of interpreting and analysing external research data
Salary £22-25k based on experience with an excellent package and private healthcare.
