What is the plan for the Bonusing & Promotions Manager role?

You will look after the rewards on the gaming site, analysing the usage, spend, creation of bonuses etc, so analytic skill is essential.

What will you do as a Bonusing & Promotions Manager?

• Working in to the Head of Gaming Ops
• Managing a team of Bonusing & Promotions Execs to create bonus plans that support the needs of the Gaming commercial teams.
• Reporting against bonusing and use this insight to drive optimization in bonus performance by creating a feedback loop to P&L teams.
• Establishing systems and processes to serve the promotional needs of multiple products with maximum efficiency and flawless execution.
• Build and train your team to be the experts on all bonus systems used across the Gaming business – internal and external.
• Responsible for promotion/bonus approval – ensure the bonuses requested by P&Ls are secure and fit for purpose.
• Work closely with Bonus Wallet Product Owner to drive product improvements, benefiting operational efficiency, marketing capabilities and risk management.
• Be responsible for ensuring the quality of the promotional customer journey.
• Protect our Gaming business by identifying and implementing correct fraud & abuse fail safes and alerts.
• Continuous competitor analysis to benchmark our utilization of bonus tools.
• Working with multiple stakeholders across Gaming, Sport, Product & technology.

What do you know that makes you a great Bonusing & Promotions Manager?

o Minimum 4 years in online Gaming experience.
o Experience using 3rd party back end systems including IMS, VF and Evolution.
o Must have operational experience of managing bonusing and promotions within gaming.
o Leadership skills and experience would be good to have.
o Excellent organizational skills.
o Highly numerical and analytical.
o Subject matter expert on Online Gaming bonusing and promotions.
o A proven track record of building and managing a team.

Salary £40k-65k based on experience with bonus, an excellent relocation package and private healthcare.
