They are looking for a VIP Due Diligence Officer to report to the Head of Compliance, and work closely with the Head of VIP and the VIP Team, the VIP Due Diligence Officer acts as the single point of contact and accountability for all areas of compliance and adherence to Licensing objectives.

What will you do as a VIP Due Diligence Officer?

• Responsible for maintaining VIP AML processes, including enhanced due diligence and VIP profiling, assessing (and validating as appropriate) level and source of funds.
• Responsible for adhering to Social Responsibility policies and processes for VIP including making assessments on how, and when, to interact with VIP Customers including recording, and reviewing all contact made with rationale and outcomes.
• Identify and profile potential and existing VIP Customers using manual and automated tools to verify suitability for VIP programme.
• Maintains the VIP Customer base through completing KYC checks, validation of data including payment methods, enhanced due diligence.
• Provide reports and guidance to VIP Team on all matters of compliance including regulatory change, GC guidance, or Licensing obligations as communicated by the Compliance department.
• Ensure consistency across entire VIP Team with respect to identifying RG triggers, and subsequently taking appropriate action.

What do you know that makes you a great VIP Due Diligence Officer?

• 3+ years Online Gaming experience within a Compliance department.
• Understanding of, and adherence to UK Licensing Objectives.
• Demonstrates ability to monitor, report on, and make recommendations on VIP players based on set criteria, thresholds, and triggers.
• Strong communication skills, and ability to influence all levels including PMLs to ensure VIP Department operates within a compliant framework at all times.
• Comfortable using range of software programmes including MS Office.
• An extremely well organised individual, able to prioritise, multi-task and deliver tasks to deadlines.
• Knowledge of all electronic and manual validation methods.
• Experienced in maintaining accurate and up to date records at all times.

Salary Up to £30- 35k based on experience with bonus, an excellent relocation package and private healthcare.
