They are looking for a sports passionate VIP Executive to join this driven and high standard department.

What will you do as a Sports VIP Executive?

Processing Customer Bets
Provide excellent customer service via telephone,email and chat
Day to day administration
Monitoring and reporting customer activity
Identifying good/bad business
Building and maintaining customer profiles

Shifts are 08:00 and 23:00 on 8 hour shifts

What do you know that makes you a great Sports VIP Executive?

Prevoious experience in a VIP strongly preferred
Excellent understanding and passion for sports is essential
Strong communication skills
Good IT skills, including strong Excel, Word and Database information
Ability to develop strong working relationships within the team and other departments
Strong customer skills, ability to create rapport with customers, via telephone chat and email
Ability to train and coach to high standard
E-gaming knowledge desirable

Salary £22k - 23k based on experience with bonus, an excellent relocation package and private healthcare.
