RecruitGibraltar are helping our client who is part of an international group which has been in the iGaming industry for 20 years. The group are focused and specialized on developing high quality iGaming software and also on the running of user end sportsbetting products. They offer a comfortable and stable working environment and are looking for a Swedish Affiliate Manager to join its team. As Swedish Affiliate Manager you will be responsible for all legal, regulatory, and legal compliance matters in the group.
What is the plan for the Swedish Affiliate Manager role?
The Affiliate Manager’s task is to recruit high quality affiliate publisher sites to our program, nurture relationships with existing publishers and work strategically to expand our Brands’ coverage and placements on relevant sites. The right candidate will feel comfortable working in a lean, performance-driven environment while maintaining a strong sense of team and collaboration. Affiliate marketing experience is critical; however, it is also important to be able to see and grow new opportunities aligned with our company objectives.
What will you do as a Swedish Affiliate Manager?
Work with the top performing affiliates helping them to maximise their own earnings and incentivise them to deliver more (help with campaigns, offer promotions, “creatives” etc.)
Find new top level affiliates with high levels of relevant traffic, targeted mailing lists etc. Negotiate bespoke commercial deals with high-end Affiliates
Handling day-to-day communication with assigned affiliates and assisting in any issues arising
Analyse affiliate performance and report back to senior management on performance
Organize promotions for events, product launches, specials offers etc. and disseminate relevant information to Affiliates
Be the primary point of contact to increase brand exposure and evaluate affiliate growth in your specific country.

What do you know that makes you a great Swedish Affiliate Manager?
Have at least a 2 to 3 year background in Affiliation from in the gaming industry
Fluent written and spoken Swedish
Experience of working to budgetary guidelines and profit targets.
Demonstrate a track record of having delivered a similar policy in a previous role.
Be a strong communicator, with good interpersonal skills.
Be confident in liaising with all levels of management.
Salary circa €40k and based on experience plus Health Insurance and assistance in finding accommodation.
