You will be a commercially-driven professional to lead the Gaming team in Gibraltar and to drive the profitable growth of the digital gaming offering. The ideal candidate will be a digital expert with a track record of success within the gaming industry, together with the ambition and smarts to deliver commercial growth in an increasingly challenging landscape.


What is the plan for the Casino / Games Manager role?

As the Casino / Games Manager you'll have the ownership of the casino and games products; develop, optimize and oversee the products according to the strategy and objectives; develop and oversee operations to optimize the products' commercial performance with focus on maximizing revenues.

What will you do as a Casino / Games Manager?

• Own and optimise all content on the Casino & Games websites
• Help to identify and raise BAU development tasks through competitor research, specifically those relating to promoting and increasing the exposure of new gaming content.
• Review and confirm invoices for games suppliers supporting Finance where needed to deduct bonus cost.
• Maintain relationship between product and marketing, supporting the acquisition team in their execution of new marketing campaigns.
• Own and maintain the entire casino and games information document to include all new information relating to casino and games
• Work on product launch support deals with all third parties.
• Analysis of all performance and best placement of games on the website depending on performance.
• Create a monthly plan for moving game and casino content around the website depending on a number of key metrics selected.
• Work with the Promotions team with specific Casino and games promotions, and ensuring they have the required lead time and information to execute game launch promotions on your behalf.
• Manage new casino and games content going live with the marketing and content teams and other depts.
• Liaise with day to day reporting to provide key customer metrics on slot and games product performance.
• Weekly and monthly reporting to line manager to include analysis and brief commentary
• Support the Operations manager in escalated CS queries relating to Casino games, and work with Account Managers from relevant suppliers to get them resolved when required.

Qualifications & Experience

o Experience in a similar Games & Casino Marketing / Product role
o Have a thorough understanding of the Casino products, offers and player base.
o Experience in the digital industry
o Computer literate
o Relationship built with main third parties

Salary circa £55k based on experience with an excellent relocation package.
