RecruitGibraltar are currently recruiting for a Fraud and Payments Co-ordinator to join a leading online betting and gaming company, with a strong track record of digital innovation. As a pure online business with a mobile first ethos that brings the excitement of casino games, poker and bingo to a rapidly growing number of customers in the leisure betting and gaming market; they have sustained rapid growth over the last few years and are expanding further.

What is the plan for the Fraud and Payments Co-ordinator role?

The main responsibilities will be to implement appropriate policies and procedures relating to fraud and payments processing, whilst also taking responsibility for implementing and reviewing proactive processes and reports.

What will you do as a Fraud and Payments Co-ordinator?

• Performing age and identity verification, managing KYC process;
• Reviewing and monitoring customer account registration, deposit, game-play and withdrawal transactions;
• Processing high volume debit / credit card, bank, cheque and eWallet payment transactions.
• Performing payments reconciliation;
• Liaising with the clients and banks regarding payment transactions;
• Responding to and challenging chargeback transactions;
• Monitoring promotion or bonus fraud /abuse;

What do you know that makes you a great Fraud and Payments Co-ordinator?

• Previous experience in risk, fraud and payments environment in a similar role in online gaming / betting industry;
• Good poker and casino games knowledge;
• An in-depth understanding of AML requirements and associated policies;
• Flexible in approach to working hours in a semi-autonomous role;
• Fluent in written and spoken English with excellent communication skills and ability to interact at all levels of the business;
• Commanding knowledge of Excel and previous experience with Fraud analysis and Payments processing tools.
• Excellent accuracy and attention to detail;
• Ability to understand business needs;

Salary circa £21k based on experience with bonus and private healthcare.
