RecruitGibraltar are currently helping our client, one of the best known and highly regarded companies within the online gaming industry, to find a Bingo Executive to be based out of their Marina Front office in Gibraltar. What is the plan for the Bingo Executive role?

Day to Day running of the bingo schedules, execution of bingo website promotions and reporting.

What will you do as a Bingo Executive?

• With the bingo product manager deliver a profitable bingo schedule that focuses on customer needs.
• Execute all scheduled bingo promotions.
• Deliver in client updates of marketing assets.
• Ensure all bingo client releases are fully tested and the business is aware of changes.
• Second line support on customer issues. Investigate and resolve any issues raised by customers or staff to ensure a quick resolution and full 2 way communication.
• Push the cross promotion from games to bingo across all relevant sites.
• Deliver the monthly bingo reporting where required.
• Monitor competitor usage of bingo products and promotions.

What do you know that makes you a great Bingo Executive?

• Previous Bingo experience essential.
• Strong analytical skills and thorough knowledge of online gambling and gaming products.
• Strong Excel skills necessary.
• Experience working with promotions preferred.

Salary £24k based on experience with bonus, an excellent relocation package and private healthcare.
