RecruitGibraltar are helping our client who is part of an international group which has been in the iGaming industry for 20 years. The group are focused and specialized on developing high quality iGaming software and also on the running of user end sportsbetting products. They offer a comfortable and stable working environment and are looking for a Senior Accountant to join the existing team.

What will you do as a Senior Accountant ?

Recording and processing supplier invoices
Postings
Bank and account reconciling
Preparing Expense & Payments
Processing Employees' Payroll monthly
Petty Cash
Credit Control
Reporting up to trial balance
End of month account preparation and processing
Filing accounts/documents
Ad hoc duties as required

What do you know that makes you a great Senior Accountant ?

Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Accountant or in a similar position,
Efficient software skills and computer literate (NAV, Sage, Quickbooks)
Ability to manage and prioritise own workload
Ability to work to high level of accuracy with attention to detail is essential
Knowledge of Maltese accounting and tax regulations
Applicants must have a University degree in Accounting or an equivalent professional qualification, such as ACCA
Previous experience in the iGaming industry is an asset and will be given preference.

Salary is based on experience with bonus and private healthcare.
