What is the plan for the Bingo VIP Account Manager role?

To provide excellent account management to Bingo VIP players with the aim of increasing members loyalty and retention to the products.

What will you do as a Bingo VIP Account Manager?

The Bingo VIP Account Manager will be personally responsible for a group of Bingo VIP’s and will be required to initiate and maintain contact in order to build personal relationships.
To provide outstanding customer service both inbound and outbound, via e-mail, phone, chat and face to face in order to retain existing players and acquire new VIP’s.
Initiate ideas for future growth and development of the VIP Program.
The Bingo VIP Account Manager will represent the company in the most professional and personal manner in a way that fits dealing with this high end group of players.
Provide quality support assistance for VIP members answering all complaints and issues via all contact mediums (chat, email, phone, face to face)
Be a VIP Account Manager to a group of VIP players, building rapport and taking responsibility for their activity and brand loyalty.
Promote promotions and incentives to members in order to increase revenue.
Effective monitoring and analysis of player performance with the ability to create solutions and action plans when required.
Ability to Multi-task between VIP Support and Loyalty duties in order to achieve targets and meet deadlines in relation to projects, member management, follow ups and daily duties.
Meet members face to face on events to cement the relationship between member and VIP department.
Shifts from 8am to 9pm including weekends

What do you know that makes you a great Bingo VIP Account Manager?

Experience in gaming industry with at least 1 years’ experience dealing with Bingo product
Ideally experience in dealing with VIP customers
Outgoing and engaging personality
Extremely customer focused
Self motivator and able to work with minimum supervision
Professional and reliable
Proactive attitude towards projects and tasks
Experience in working under pressure

Salary £25k based on experience with bonus, an excellent relocation package and private healthcare.
