RecruitGibraltar are looking for a part time Online Administrator to provide a variety of tasks in this well established company.

Responsibilities:

Upload information to the internet with high levels of accuracy and detail. You will need to consider the most appropriate location for the placement of the information and the general display of it.
Write text for social media advertising and upload relevant information.
Co ordinate email responses and reply accordingly depending on the nature of the enquiry.
You will occasionally need to complete some basic reception or messenger work.

Hours - Mon, Wed and Friday 2 hours each day but more hours will be added as time passes.

Experience:

You will have an excellent awareness of the internet and emailing, with strong outlook and excel skills and come from an administrative background.
Excellent awareness of social media - Facebook, Instagram etc is essential
Online marketing or copywriting skills an advantage
You will have fluent English both written and spoken.
Photoshop experience would be a bonus
You will live locally and be available for an immediate start.

Pay is 6.50 pounds per hour.
