RecruitGibraltar are currently helping our client, one of the best known and highly regarded companies within the online gaming industry, to find a Marketing Campaign Analyst. In this role you will be responsible for the production of regular and ad-hoc reports and insights to enable optimisation of bonuses, promotions and overseeing the delivery of day to day MI tasks across the product portfolio.

What will you do as a Marketing Campaign Analyst ?

Reporting on bonuses that are run automatically from our back office
Analysis and comparison of new and existing campaigns to drive efficiencies and improvements
Extraction of accurate data from our back-end systems
Minimize bonus abuse to ensure promotion efficiency.
Development of campaign success reports and monitoring progress over time.
Presentation of data in a consistent and comprehensive manner.
Creation of ad hoc analysis to support campaign team decision making and planning
Monitor bonus activity across all channels to detect and raise any issues to be fixed.
Rapidly respond to operational needs by providing ad hoc analysis, support and administration
Identify actionable insights, suggest recommendations and influence the direction of the Brands by effectively communicating results to cross functional groups
Communicating and coordinating with key stakeholders and departments to achieve team KPIs
Research and monitor competitive products within and outside of the industry, sharing any feedback and suggested improvements with the team.

What do you know that makes you a great Marketing Campaign Analyst?

Advanced in Microsoft Excel & Access, highly analytical and data driven with a strong attention to detail.
VBA and/or SQL experience an advantage
Experience of creating campaign report dashboards and management KPI packs
Good commercial business understanding - focused on maximising business value through analysis and data
Knowledge and understanding of all / either online Casino, Bingo or Sports betting highly desirable
Proactive approach, problem solver, logical thinker and ability to work autonomously
Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, time management and organization skills
Exceptional eye for detail with the capacity to offer insight into promotional mechanics, effectiveness and customer behaviour
Team player with good stakeholder management abilities
Outstanding organisational skills and the ability to prioritise with the capacity to work to tight deadlines and deliver results

Salary £28k – £32k based on experience with an excellent relocation package and private healthcare.
