Our client, who is one of Europe’s biggest Online Gaming and Sports Betting companies, is looking for a Sports VIP Account Manager to work in a dedicated Sports VIP Department. You will report to the Head of VIP, and manage the accounts of the company’s top-tier Sports customer base.

You will have responsibility for managing the day-to-day operation of VIP accounts, maintaining and growing activity, cross-selling new products and channels and building strong relationships through face-to-face contact via hospitality and inbound and outbound communications.
This role is principally concerned with building strong relationships with VIPs and then providing an industry leading customer service experience tailored to the needs of our VIP customers.
They will need to continually monitor individual customer game play and ensure that bonuses, gifts and hospitality invitations are offered in agreed timescales.
They will handle customer queries and complaints, including out of hours when necessary, in order to provide the VIP with a personal and competition beating service.
Ensure that marketing campaigns are generated in a timely manner, results monitored and recommendations made to senior management.

Essential skills/attributes

Experience of personally managing VIP customers within a credible Online Sportsbook brand.
Experience of hosting VIP customers at events.
Excellent knowledge of Sports and the Sporting Industry.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
The ability to produce results whilst working under pressure.
Able to work on a 24/7 shift basis

Salary £25k - £28k plus bonus based on experience
