They need a Japanese Content Executive to join our client’s International Publishing team and to maximise customer traffic by creating, publishing and maintaining localised, dynamic content on the Japanese language Sportsbook, on all desktop and mobile platforms.

The Japanese Content Executive will responsible for:

Monitor and check websites across multi-channels (mobile/desktop), to ensure that all content and data are correctly displaying and up-to-date at all times.
Write original sport related copy in Japanese and publish it to the official websites and mobile applications.
Create accurate and relevant briefs for sports-related CRM, containing original and engaging copy in Japanese. Work with the CRM team to ensure newsletters / promotions are produced and sent on schedule. Create & send relevant inbox, push & welcome messages to Customers.
Ensure that the most relevant events & attractive markets for Japanese Customers are promoted and prioritised on the sportsbook.
Support the Site Manager in identifying localised market opportunities and work with Trading to drive the creation and pricing of ad-hoc markets.
Work with the SEO team to create & maintain SEO-friendly content & event pages to boost search-engine rankings and drive acquisition.
Provide linguistic support and advice to Customer Services, including translation and/or proofreading of templates and FAQs.
Develop working relationships with colleagues across the Business to ensure that all processes and interactions run efficiently and smoothly.

Japanese Content Executive skills and experience:

Be a native Japanese speaker who is also fluent in English.
Have strong written skills (Japanese), with the ability to write intelligent and engaging sports betting content.
Have proven translation skills, ideally with experience of translating sports betting and/or Gaming copy.
Have a particularly high attention to detail.
Have previous experience with content management systems.
Have a knowledge of and interest in a variety of sports.
Have some knowledge and interest in social media and mobile applications.
Have excellent communication skills.
Have the ability to multi-task within a small, driven team.
Be flexible to work shifts, including evenings and weekend, to coincide with sporting events.

Salary circa £25k - £28k based on experience plus bonus with an excellent relocation package and private healthcare.
