They want a UX Web Designer who will work with a passion to deliver a unique user experience in sports betting all over the world.

As a UX Web Designer you will closely cooperate with the product management and other departments. The person must have deep knowledge of UX and the ability to evaluate and resolve problems quickly. The candidate must also have outstanding knowledge of related software tools and take ownership of a user friendly product which follows the best industrial standards.

Responsibilities

Creating and developing UX designs for several platforms and software such as sportsbook and casino games on desktop as well as mobile
Create and maintain feature roadmap and plan, manage, test and analyze customer usability initiatives
Monitor and contiguously improve UX for current products
Cooperate with product management and other departments, discuss new ideas and feedback
Collect and organize end-user feedback and suggestions for inclusion in product roadmap
Work with graphics designers and developers to create, prototype, test and iterate UX elements to improve site usability

Required Skills

You will have an online portfolio of work

2+ years of experience in a similar position
Experience with data analytics and feedback tools and a track record of improving UX KPIs through analysis
Experience with design concepts and software tools, such as Photoshop, as well creating mockups and technical diagrams.
Fluent English written and spoken, additional languages such as German, French and/or Turkish would be considered as an advantage
A degree in marketing, technology or related field, or equivalent experience
Appreciate UX principles for all platforms incl. desktop and mobile versions
Branding and public presentation skills
Provide a strong portfolio – please provide links to your work, websites and mobile apps
Strong expertise in strategizing, planning, managing and delivering multiple large UX engagements and relationships
Excellent communication, organizational and creativity skills with eye for the detail

Salary circa €28k - €32k based on experience plus Health Insurance and assistance in finding accommodation.
