They need a CRM Executive who writes and speaks fluent German who will be responsible for deliver creative, impactful, clear marketing messages to the customer via email.

You’ll have fantastic communication skills, with a creative and innovative writing style - keeping the customers interested and driving them towards our products and services. It’s not just creativity we’re looking for though, our CRM team process spreadsheets full of data and we’d like you to take this and report on how successful the campaigns have been.

• Creation and ownership of customer communications – ensure they are up to date and reflect changes to our products and key seasonal events
• Own customer communications – ensure that they are up to date and have a seamless customer journey
• Collaborate with Campaign Management, Email team, Foreign Language and Customer Service teams and publishing to develop campaigns
• Publish regular reports on email, inbox, SMS, push KPIs based on opens, CTR etc

Skills and experience:

• Native level German language skills, both written and verbal
• Interest, passion and understanding of sports and/or gaming products
• Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills
• Confident user of Excel to manipulate data and produce meaningful insight
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Experience of CRM execution in gaming/sports companies is a big advantage but not essential
• Experience in email marketing tools and campaign management tools is an advantage but not essential
• Excellent command of MS Office-package
• Excellent command of the English language, writing and speaking


Salary circa £25k - £28k based on experience plus bonus with an excellent relocation package and private healthcare.
