They are looking for a Games Developer who will collaborate daily with game designers, artists, math-magicians and players, participating fully in the creative process. They don’t work in silos, and don’t pass responsibility; build something great and take it all the way to the players. They will welcome you to show us the latest rendering tricks, get stuck into the architecture or optimise build steps and deployment flow, either directly or by giving feedback on pull requests. As part of a new studio working on greenfield projects you will have an exciting opportunity and a great impact on its future.

Role responsibilities

JS/HTML5, WebGL
Supporting modern browsers and devices
Rich sprites and audio on mobile devices
Choosing appropriate community frameworks and tools
Git, GitHub, ZenHub, Slack, Screenhero
Automated functional testing and performance profiling
Selenium, Intern, Karma, Mocha, Chai, Sinon
New Relic, BrowserStack
Help steer the design of backend APIs we consume
Design future proof client APIs we provide

Experience

You have worked on interesting and successful projects in JS and have stories to share of what you’ve learned along the way. You feel most at home in highly collaborative environments and are hungry to learn and share. You are open minded, honest and dependable, and take pride in what you create.

Can create visually rich and high performance games
Experienced in an environment where code quality is a high priority
Have the passion to learn and stay at the cutting edge of what’s possible
Excited to push devices to their limits
Experienced working across different devices in a mobile first manner
Experienced working with casino game platforms and interested in how they are evolving
Eager to step up and take ownership of things that need to be done

Salary £55k - £70k based on experience plus relocation package
