RecruitGibraltar are currently helping our client who is a well established direct marketing company to find a Telesales Executive for their financial product. You will be part of an outbound telephone team to qualify, validate or convert warm leads into customers and ensure they get the best service available.

The role:

The role is 100% outbound telephone work calling UK consumers, run through some simple questions to ensure they meet the client’s criteria, validate their personal details and make an application. We have to work within some regulatory guidelines to ensure their marketing is compliant and this means we work within the guidelines of a script.

Telesales Agents required working on a shift basis approx. 37 hours per week. Agents work 5 days out of 7 on rota and should expect to work 3 out of 4 weekends.
Full product and skill training given and no previous telesales experience required.

The current shift times are:

Mon-Thu 12:00 to 20:30
Fri & Sat 10:00 to 18:30
Sun 11:00 to 18:30

Candidate requirements:

• Reside in Gib or maximum 30 minutes journey from Gibraltar
• Fluent spoken and written English
• Basic computer competence – familiar with operating a PC
• Confident on the telephone
• Must have a positive and cheerful disposition
• Worked in a customer facing role or on the telephone is preferable

Agents are offered a basic salary of £14,000 and a realistic OTE of between £18,000 and £20,000
