Our client a global online gaming company in Gibraltar is searching for a Customer Services Speaking Danish. You must be a native Danish speaker with an excellent command of English and a clear telephone voice. Your role is to liaise with clients both by phone and e mail and provide them with unparalleled standards of customer care in relation to their betting / gaming experience. The role is to ensure that problems and queries are dealt with swiftly and in an appropriate manner.

Responsibilities:

· Provide the highest level of support to our members via email, phone and live chat on a range of issues; such as game enquiries, helping with deposits, cashing out of funds etc.
· To maximise member retention through promotion of various events, activities, bonus offers etc.
· To maximise revenue opportunities by offering relevant deposit methods.
· Translations for the Support Department, and any other department in the company as required
· Outbound projects as required.
· Testing of new games, products and software as required.

Experience

Customer service experience
Good knowledge of MS applications including MS Outlook
Internet experience and awareness
Excellent written and oral communication skills
High level of trust
Good interpersonal skills

Our client provides on-line support to its clients on a 24/7 basis, therefore this role will require you to work shifts. You will have worked in a customer service role previously ideally in a shift and or an office environment and be dedicated to exception levels of service provision.

Salary is £18k - £19k depending on experience and 30 days holiday
