RecruitGibraltar are currently helping our client, one of the best known and highly regarded sportsbook companies within the online gaming industry, to find a Customer Services Speaking Swedish. This is an excellent opportunity to join one of the most established customer service teams in the industry.
You must be a native Swedish speaker with an excellent command of English and a clear telephone voice. Your role is to liaise with clients both by phone, e mail and live chat to provide them with unparalleled standards of customer care in relation to their betting / gaming experience. The role is to ensure that problems and queries are dealt with swiftly and in an appropriate manner.
Our client provides on-line support to its clients on a 24/7 basis, therefore this role will require you to work shifts. You will have worked in a customer service role previously ideally in a shift and or an office environment and be dedicated to exception levels of service provision.
Locally based candidates strongly preferred
Salary is £17k - £18k depending on experience and 30 days holiday
